This course is the first two courses in which you will learn to design, implement, and analyze research. You will use research software and information resources to explain the nature and content of hospitality research, types of research and how to interpret and evaluate data sources. You will apply your knowledge of the research process to develop a research proposal based on a relevant hospitality or tourism-based topic.
